The MTS Systems Sensors Division Temposonics linear-position sensors can be instrumental in improving the filling process for facilities that package a wide variety of products. Where a packaging facility once required a combination scale to switch back and forth between various products during packaging cycles, the MTS linear position sensors can be used in equipment that is more compact due to fewer moving parts, as the sensors can replace a number of other components in the machine.
