Meat processing tools on show at IPPE2026
Bettcher Industries, which is part of Fortifi Food Processing Solutions, will demonstrate its meat processing tools at the International Production & Processing Expo from 27–29 January 2026 in Atlanta.
Trimmers, derinding and membrane-skinning technologies will be on show, including Whizard Versa Trimmer, with a TWIST-N-GO head and two speed options to swap between applications easily; and the Quantum Flex and Flex+ Trimmers, which are compatible with any Bettcher motor system, including Quantum, UltraDrive and UN-84.
Bettcher will also feature Grasselli derinding and membrane-skinning technology, including the MS600P membrane skinner, which provides a high-yield solution with efficient sanitation in a single or optional dual-blade version. For complete operator safety, Grasselli’s CLO safety system is designed to protect operators’ hands. The fully automatic NAB520 is designed for precision, even with delicate pork cuts, and its infeed belt adjusts relative to the blade and toothroll for optimal operations.
