Australian Food Science and Technology Week will take place from 1–7 June 2026, aiming to raise awareness of food science and technology and highlight the vital role food scientists and technologists play in shaping a safe, sustainable and innovative agrifood future.
Throughout the week, agrifood industry professionals, educators and students can engage with insights, discussions and shared content across LinkedIn, Facebook and industry platforms. This is an opportunity for the broader food sector to showcase and celebrate the essential contributions of food scientists and technologists and food science and technology across Australia for Australians.
