J.L.Lennard appointed Australian agent for Stephan Machinery
J.L.Lennard has been appointed as the Australian agent for Stephan Machinery.
Stephan Machinery specialises in designing and building machines and plants for food production processes and providing solutions for applications such as dairy, convenience food, meat and confectionery.
Its food processing machinery is suitable for mixing, emulsifying, dispersing, direct/indirect heating, vacuum processes, cooking and size reduction.
In recent years, Stephan Machinery has become a leader in processed cheese technology for the production of cheese spreads, blocks and slices. It also has established a position for processing convenience food products such as ready meals, soups, pasta, mayonnaise, tomato sauce and baby food.
The company is also involved in process solutions for products such as meat/skin emulsions, liver pate, pet food, etc, via its Microcut machines and is known for its confectionery process technology.
The Stephan Model Universal machine UMCS will be on display at AUSPACK on J.L.Lennard’s stand B080.
