Food quality testing laboratory being opened in Victoria
Anton Paar Australia, North Link, and the Centre for Food Science within the La Trobe Institute for Sustainable Agriculture & Food, La Trobe University, are set to launch a new laboratory dedicated to formulation development and food quality testing.
The facility is designed to be collaborative hub for innovation, bringing together industry and academic expertise to drive advancements in sustainable food science and technology. Equipped with analytical instruments from Anton Paar, the laboratory will provide anyone involved with formulation development or QC testing of food samples with the opportunity to utilise the instruments, get expert advice or book a product demonstration.
The new laboratory is being launched at La Trobe University’s Bundoora campus in Victoria on 30 October 2025.
