The Welger RC 660 is a compact, fully automatic, baling press which can be used for compressing voluminous materials such as paper and plastic into cylindrical bales.
All recyclable/waste material can be automatically supplied to the RC660 via conveyor belt or air technology. Waste material is collected in a filling hopper, where a light barrier is integrated. The baler starts automatically after being triggered through the light barrier.
Once the waste material has been processed the light barrier recognises the empty hopper and switches the RC 660 to the standby mode.
The RC 660 is compact and mobile. It is robust and reliable for daily use with easy, fully automatic operation.
Use of the baler results in improved hygienic conditions on site and improved efficiency and work practice as it replaces holding bins and containers.
The RC660 is suitable for use in the packaging industry for paper and plastic films, off-cut trim, and plastic recycling.
