The Mini Spray Ball provides cost-effective tank cleaning performance in a compact, zero-maintenance design

The Mini Spray Ball is a simple, fast and efficient device for cleaning the inside of small tanks that require flushing or burst rinsing. Measuring 28 mm in diameter, it is small enough to fit into the tightest places without compromising on cleaning effectiveness.

With no moving parts, the simple design is said to eliminate maintenance and is easy to clean after operation. This makes it possible for the unobtrusive device to be permanently fixed in place, ready for use.

Constructed from chemical resistant 316 L stainless steel, it represents low investment and maximum long-term reliability.

The device achieves optimum results at 2 bar but is effective between 1 and 3 bar. It has a wetting radius of 1.5 m at 1 bar and a flow rate of 20 L/min. It is available with 180° up, 180° down or 360° spray patterns and uses a ¼ BSP female connection and is suitable for small, hard to clean tanks and ducts.
