Bertuzzi Food Processing has released what it claims is the largest industrial orange juice extractor.
The Citrostar MU 6 features six heads and has a processing capacity of 3-6 t of citrus fruits per hour. The machine produces chilled or NFC juices (not from concentrate).
Due to the low contamination rate between the juice and the peels’ essential oils, the juice that is extracted is high quality.
Until now, the largest Bertuzzi extractor had three heads and the largest machines available had five.
