ILMAP water filter nozzles and its associated component parts are certified for safety prior to use.
All components in direct contact with water intended for human consumption must be tested and certified to ensure they are not able to modify the organoleptic, physico-chemical and microbiological characteristics of drinking water.
WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) is a UK-based certification for drinking water devices to prevent waste, misuse, undue consumption, contamination or erroneous measurement of water. To be certified, products must undergo material safety testing and mechanical testing to ensure integrity.
The ILMAP range of water filter nozzles and accessories is WRAS (UK) certified. The filter nozzles are also certified in Italy, France, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
