Food-grade grease

Geralyn AX-W Series is a food-grade grease formulated with industrial strength anti-wear and high-pressure performance. It is an aluminium complex product for very good water resistance and high-temperature service.

Geralyn AX-W Series is a true general-purpose grease; it is suitable for the consolidation of all grease lubrication requirements throughout any food processing or packaging plant. The grease promotes product rationalisation whilst minimising the potential of product contamination.

With its high dropping point, this grease can be used for standard service in continuous temperatures up to 165°C. It is suitable for bearings, slides, cams, pivot pins, etc.

It is manufactured in conformance with AQIS, NSF H1, MAF Kosher and Halal requirements for use where incidental contact with a food product is possible.

Geralyn AX-W Series provides safe, non-toxic lubrication for such devices working in and around food production areas. The stable, long-lasting grease is water, heat and oxidation resistant. Its normal service temperature range is -15 to 165°C. Geralyn is claimed to reduce annual maintenance costs, minimise down time and eliminate possible lubricant contamination concerns for fresh, frozen and canned food prodcessors.
