EXAIR no-drip, siphon-fed atomising nozzles

Monday, 16 February, 2015 | Supplied by: Compressed Air Australia Pty Ltd

EXAIR’s siphon-fed atomising spray nozzles require no liquid pressure and can be used with gravity-fed liquids or lift liquids from a siphon height up to 91 cm. Siphon-fed nozzles can be used on liquids up to 200 cp.

The nozzles are designed for conditions where no post-spray drip is permissible, as they positively stop liquid flow when compressed air is shut off.

The nozzles are available in a round or flat fan pattern and are suitable for non-pressurised liquid applications that don’t require independent air and liquid control, including painting, coating, rinsing, cooling, quenching, wetting (moistening), humidification and dust control. They have interchangeable liquid and air caps, are CE compliant and conflict mineral free.
