Exair Long Super Air Knives up to 2743 mm
Exair Long Super Air Knives include a longer maximum length of 2743 mm and the company is manufacturing all knives 1524 mm and longer in one-piece construction. One-piece construction assists with seamless airflow and eliminates coupling multiple short-length air knives together. It also decreases overall height by 12.7 mm.
The air knives produce a laminar sheet of airflow to blow off, dry or cool surfaces up to 2743 mm wide. The design minimises compressed air use by entraining 40 parts room air to one part compressed air. It is suitable for use on wide parts, webs and conveyors.
The air knives, which are available from Compressed Air Australia, provide a uniform, high-volume, high-velocity curtain of air that is adjustable from gentle blowing force to a hard-hitting blast of air.
