Ennio International has teamed up with Viskase, combining over a century of experience.
Viskase Nojax cellulose casings are made of regenerated cellulose designed for high-speed, automated production of hot dogs, dry mini salamis and cooked sausage, available with or without colour transfer and in colours or stripes for product differentiation.
Viskase began as the inventor of cellulosic casings, with Ennio International designing and patenting many products, including Ennio Netted Casing, a netting and casing in one.
Ennio Australia will now provide meat processors with an extended range of netting and casing products by adding the Viskase range of cellulose, smoked and clear fibrous as well as barrier polyamide casings.
