Detectable components

Dynamic Inspection has a range of plastic components that are metal detectable. Conventional metal detectors will detect even small pieces of components.

Even a portion of a finger of the disposable gloves will be detected by a large aperture metal detector. The size of contaminant able to be detected depends on the product effect from the food item being inspected, and the aperture size.

The range consists of items such as pens, gloves, earplugs, knives, rubber sheeting, cable ties, rubber extrusions, suction cups, retaining clips, tiles, scoops, stirrers, bowls, shovels and spades.

All are manufactured using a special plastic with a metal detectable component. The use of these detectable components instead of conventional plastic components ensures that conventional metal detectors will detect any small pieces that contaminate a food product.
