Ceccato’s range of screw-type air compressors range from 4 to 15 kW. The Ceccato’s Weg motors boast the EC’s EFF1 efficiency ranking and IP55 for protection against dust and jets of water. These Italian air compressors also meet Australia’s mandatory energy efficiency performance standards (MEPS).
Greater efficiencies have brought improvements in both running costs and performance. The 15 kW Ceccato rotary screw compressors achieve free air delivery (FAD) of up to 120 m3/h.
The range includes inverter models which offer reduced power consumption, protection against power surges and constant pressure.
The range’s efficiency is enhanced by large pressure vessels, high-flow cooling systems and a controller that incorporates an energy-saving intelligent shut-down function.
Despite their advanced diagnostics capabilities the compressors are claimed to be user-friendly.
The units are quiet with sound levels of 60 and 65 decibels: the sound level is similar to that of normal conversation or a trip in the average car.
The Ceccato CSA 5.5 to 20 hp range of screw-type air compressors occupy a small footprint in either a cabinet or tank-mounted format and dry-air units are also available.
