Eat, prey, raw

Pimlico Food Group has entered the commercial pet food market with the launch of its raw cat food brand, RAWR, now available in Woolworths nationwide. Debuting with three recipes — Ocean Fish, Kangaroo and Chicken — the cat food is made fresh and raw with 100% Aussie meat, nutrient-rich organs, egg and functional ingredients, and then snap frozen. It is then thawed in a controlled manner and sold in the fridge aisle. The recipes have been developed with pet nutritionists to mirror a cat’s ancestral prey diet.
