Tru-Trac TR1 Encoder

Available from Control Logic is the Tru-Trac encoder by CL encoder. It features an adjustable spring-tensioned mounting with the option of either a rubber or aluminium wheel and can be used for tracking velocity, position and distance over a variety of surfaces.

Composite housing makes it durable to eliminate static build-up and can be mounted in almost any orientation and operate at speeds of over 15 m/s. The pre-assembled encoder can be fitted to new or existing machinery in minimal time while its simple-to-adjust torsion load ensures a firm grasp onto moving product without causing excess wear.

Suitable for OEMs, integrators, electricians and maintenance specialists, the encoder is suitable for applications such as web tension control, paper monitoring, glue dispensing, material length counting, printing, conveyors, labelling and material handling.
