Thermoformers

The FS series is a range of thermoformers characterised by the ability to adapt to all types of applications in the food-processing, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. The versatile lines can process flexible as well as rigid films, with or without protective atmosphere (MAP). The FS range, which comprises three models (FS 910, FS930 and FS 950), features a distinctive design that meets users’ needs for robustness, ergonomics, easy cleaning, hygiene and safety. Moreover, this range of thermoformers benefits from a quick-change tool system that enhances productivity.

The FS 910 model is an ultra-compact machine offering the same performances as a large one. Its major features are treatment of flexible or rigid films, retractable housing, fast format change due to partitions that facilitates the passage from one to several installations and variable width.

Dedicated to high-speed thermoforming applications with flexible or rigid films, the FS 950 offers numerous advantages, such as ease of use, robustness, stainless steel design and housing, and variable width. It allows for automatic displacement of the stations as well as the centralised greasing of the chains and the stations.
