Japanese liquid packaging specialist Taisei Lamick is experienced in filling food and cosmetics into both sachets and flexible films.
Its Dangan high-speed, single-lane sachet filler, automatic liquid fill machines have been designed for liquids and pastes. The fillers feature high productivity, stability and ease of operation. Taisei Lamick claims the throughput of its Dangan fillers is up to four times the speed of conventional machines.
The fillers are also claimed to be easy to set up, maintain and clean, and enabled a reduction in film waste.
The Dangan systems continuously fill pouches without stopping the liquid flow between each seal; pouches are almost completely filled with very little air so the pouches can hold more liquid than those with higher air contents.
