Perfect Packaging FV025 Vertical Form Fill & Seal Machine
Perfect Packaging has introduced the FV025 Vertical Form Fill & Seal Machine, which forms the vertical pack via the forming tube, allowing for pillow packs and side gusset packs to be shaped. The machine is a fully servo-driven unit that reaches speeds of up to 120 ppm.
Other features include an easy operational touch screen, end-of-film sensor, easy splice function and registered film function. The machine is completely cantilevered for easy access throughout the machine.
The machine has been designed for industrial use and is available with a choice of either Omron, OB or Siemens control systems.
