Just-in-time liquid packaging

The RTCE series monoblocks by ABTechno of Italy integrate in one single machine all the functions required to package non-carbonated liquid products and beverages.

They fill glass and PET/PVC bottles and containers from 150 mL to 2 L; close them with pre-threaded aluminium or plastic screwcaps; thread and apply aluminium screwcaps; apply any natural and technical cork or crown caps; apply and close capsules and label front and back.

These machines are suitable for wine spirits, beer or any other sparkling product fermented in the bottle, cordials, oils and other viscous products, vinegar, tea, new-age drinks, energy drinks or detergents.

The RTCE series monoblocks are built in food-grade stainless steel and can be steam cleaned at 110°C. They integrate all the functions required for liquid packaging into one single machine. Because of this, their operation is simple, workforce required is reduced and initial capital outlay is smaller.

They are suitable for just-in-time products, saving in warehousing and inventory costs.
