The Intray Smart Tool quickly denests and transports trays from the stack onto the conveyor band.

Each denesting tool is custom made to the user’s tray specifications and has a capacity of up to 70 trays/min.

Features include: open design which can be easily cleaned, easy tray change in 30 s, weighs 12 kg and is servo driven so needs no compressed air.
