The High Dream’s 4.0G 14 Head Multihead Weigher is designed to deliver a high-performance, affordable pathway to advanced packaging automation. Engineered to bridge the gap between premium operational speed and commercial accessibility, the system clocks throughputs up to 110 weighs per minute. At its core is a modular single-hopper control platform that is designed to maximise accuracy and slash costly product giveaway across a wide application band — from fresh produce and frozen proteins to snacks, cereals and pet food.

Crucially, the 4.0G is engineered to address day-to-day operational bottlenecks by eliminating unnecessary line downtime. Operators can fine-tune vibration settings, delay times and key running parameters live on the run via an intuitive multi-language touchscreen, maintaining optimal product flow without stopping production. Built with a rugged, food-compliant 304 stainless steel square body and an IP64 hygiene rating, it delivers the structural stability and rapid washdown capabilities required for harsh industrial environments.

Other features include: operation parameter import and export functionality for simplified data management; supports offline control and USB export of production data; user-friendly interface; multi-language touchscreen control; and hygienic, anti-rust construction.
