Emrich Industries has introduced a full servo wrapper with axis motion controller and brushless servomotors. The unit can independently drive the infeed conveyor, fin seal rollers and sealing crimpers.
A user-friendly human machine interface features a colour touch screen and users can adjust all the machine parameters and save them in a dedicated menu. The Pearl will automatically adjust the bag length, the print registration position, the crimper position, the dwell and the wrapping speed. The adjustment of the sealing temperature of the fin seal rollers and the transverse sealing crimpers is integrated into the touch screen.
The drive motors are connected directly to the various assemblies. The electrical panel is housed inside the machine frame and protected from the external environment.
The wrapper has a cantilevered construction and is manufactured with modular pre-assembled units designed to be easily accessible and replaced. The front of the machine is free from any obstruction.
The compact machine is easy to clean thanks to the cantilevered construction and the use of polymer moulded components with graceful radii. There are no dust traps and all guards can be easily removed.
