A+F Automation, based in Northern Germany, is in the field of specialised machinery for complete end-of-line 'primary packaging' including shelf ready applications, for the dairy, beverage and food industries.

The company designs and builds modular, tailor-made machinery solutions with a primary focus on the following packaging applications:

• Tray erectors for open trays or trays with hole plates for locating individual products such as cups, beverage cartons, bottles etc
• Sleeving of multi-packs and placement into an erected tray made from flat blanks
• Tray and wraparound packaging machines for cups, drink cartons, bottles, trays and plastic cases, at speeds in excess of 30 packs per minute
• Robot handling modules, twin-axis for pick and place packaging
• Roller container loading stations for individual or collated trays

The company can also offer system solutions from the filling machine up to and including the palletising equipment.
