Emmeci Elettronica Easy-Charge adhesive granule automatic loader
The Emmeci Elettronica Easy-Charge is an automatic loader for adhesive granules that is suitable for most common brands of hot melt systems.
The system can be used in applications where there is a high consumption of glue, as frequent manual loads are avoided due to its 120 L capacity. The automatic load functionality allows users to keep the covers of the tanks of hot-melt systems closed, making it suitable for dusty environments and reducing the potential for foreign elements entering the tank. Safety is improved as operators can avoid burning (which could happen during manual loads) and breathing melted glue vapours.
The system features: modularity, as one unit is able to supply up to three gluers; easy installation and use; innovative loading system; reduction in charring; low noise; maintains constant level of granules; can be placed near equipment or up to 15 m away; and has a maximum drop height of 6 m.
