Eltete paper pallet production line

Eltete’s carton board pallet is four times lighter than a normal wooden pallet, which makes it possible to load more freight and save on transport costs. According to the company, carton board pallets can be manufactured automatically on an industrial and economical scale anywhere in the world.

The company supplies turnkey production lines for its Paper Roll-to-Paper Pallet technologies and takes full responsibility for the production lines delivered.

Eltete also offers an extensive service network combined with raw material supply sourcing and sales and marketing assistance internationally. The company can install a remote control system that helps users optimise the process and fix minor problems remotely.

The third generation of Paper Roll-to-Paper Pallet and automatic paper pallet assembly (APPA) technology is compact and can fit into relatively small production units. One worker can run the APPA pallet factory on their own.

Using the technology, it is possible to produce up to 10 pallets per minute, which lowers the price per unit. The components for the pallets can either be made on site or delivered to the factory. In cases where the whole production is integrated into the factory, the only raw materials needed are paper rolls and glue.

The paper pallets are always new and clean, and need no costly heat treatments like wooden pallets do. When the paper pallet is re-used, recycling is easy as it is made solely of paper. The pallets can support 1000 kg loads.
