Dalsa iNspect Express 1700 software
Dalsa’s iNspect Express 1700 software is designed for automated inspection and quality assurance. The software interface, designed for the BOA Smart Cameras, allows users of all experience levels to set up and deploy solutions with no programming required.
This version of the software uses optimised algorithms for 360° search, optical character recognition and 2D matrix reading, as well as improved calibration tools. Also introduced with this release is a PC-based application for displaying images and results from multiple BOA cameras on the same screen. Operators can monitor production, change job files and review inspection history of any BOA connected to the local network.
Typical applications include: detecting missing or incorrect components in a package; verifying - label position, fill level, cap and safety seal on bottles; tracking products - barcode, 2D matrix, printed text; and locating and counting objects or features.
