Complete ready-meal packaging lines

The Sealpac 800 line is suitable for the packaging of fresh or deep-frozen ready-to-serve meals. The automatic, flexibly adjustable tray stacker SP-DA-2 ensures improved productivity and hygiene. In addition, the trays can be changed easily without additional adjustment and alignment work, permitting the use of challenging tray shapes, which can be easily changed.

The conveyor chain with convertible plastic carriers transports the trays for completely automatic filling, which can be done with a multihead scale, for example. Manual portioning of difficult products such as spaghetti or cubed fresh meat is also possible since trays that do not conform to the specified weight can be detected by an after-the-fact weighing and discharged.

The Sealpac SP-800plus with a six-way tool, which is also available with two tracks, is the heart of the line and is suitable for all products that are packed under MAP. After packaging, individual peripheral devices such as metal detectors or labelling and banding systems can be fitted downstream to complete the production line.
