Perfect Automation and Omori have joined forces with packaging solutions
Perfect Automation has announced that Omori has acquired a 50% shareholding in the company, marking a new chapter in its longstanding partnership and shared commitment to supporting Australian manufacturers.
Founded in Japan in 1948, Omori is a manufacturer of automatic packaging machines and overall systems for the packaging process. The solutions are designed to be suitable for a variety of industries, including food, pharmaceutical and general merchandise.
Perfect Automation has over 45 years of experience as a distributor for exclusive packaging machinery across Australia. The team specialises in delivering innovative packaging solutions — managing the initial stage of packaging development right through to the install and after-sales service. The company already has a strong history with Omori, integrating many of its packaging machinery solutions across Australia.
By now combining Perfect Automation’s technical expertise and understanding of Australian manufacturing with Omori’s advanced engineering and global innovation, the collaboration is set to deliver more practical packaging solutions tailored to local production needs.
