Vertical lift bin tippers

The Wrightway Products vertical lift bin tipper allows users to simply open the door, locate the full container on the cradle, close the door and press a button to empty contents at whatever height is needed.

The fully caged machine features a vertical hydraulic lift that lifts and then gently rotates the container into a horizontal position. The contents are dispersed evenly within the container before it is fully inverted to complete the empty process. There is no sudden movement of contents which can damage the container or create balance problems.

The empty container is then lowered to ground level by gravity – there is no powering down and the downward movement can be stopped by hand if needed. Safety features include a door interlock lock system which immediately stops the machine from operating if the door is opened or if the operator ceases pressing the up button during the process.

The bin tipper range lifts containers easily and quickly, which is said to virtually eliminate the risk of injury while increasing productivity.
