Packline Solutions MPW Mobile Power Workstation

Packline Solutions will be showing its Mobile Power Workstation (MPW) at APPEX 2027. The MPW is a mobile cart that brings the workstation to the pick face, so warehouse operatives can pick, weigh, label, pack, put away and audit stock while moving through the site.

Instead of walking back to a fixed bench, operatives take their computer, scanner, scales and thermal label printer with them, and enter data into the ERP in real time at the point of the task. This removes handwritten notes and re-keying, and means operatives are no longer walking with open laptops.

The cart is built around the integrated Mobile Power Supply (MPS v2.1), with an interchangeable power pack designed to run a full 8–10-hour shift on a single battery. Outputs include a 19 VDC laptop supply, variable 12/24/36 VDC for thermal label printers, USB/USB-C ports and AC sockets. The unit also accepts 4-gang PDUs, so it can power several devices at once.

The MPW is delivered fully assembled. It has four shelves, including a top shelf whose height can be adjusted instantly, plus push handles and braking wheels. With the wheels locked, it works as a powered static workstation in areas without mains power.
