Intralox LLC has released its new Series 1000 flat top belt, developed to meet needs of the beverage and packaging industry applications that require very tight transfers and high belt strength.
The belt's underside design and small pitch allow smooth transfers over 19.1 mm nosebars. Products are handled gently and quality is maintained due to the belt's reduced chordal action and reduced transfer dead plate gap.
The system has a robust sprocket lug tooth design, ensuring superior belt engagement. The belt can perform with almost no back tension.
The system is available with polypropylene, polyethylene and acetal belt materials, and includes features for each installation.
