Solid/liquid delivery system

Hapman has introduced SolidQuid, a solid/liquid delivery system that uses an existing liquid delivery equipment to convey precisely measured amounts of bulk powders from a FIBC bulk bag to a mixing tank.

Using large bulk bags and an unloader as a solid material source allows the processes to continue for extended periods with little or no human intervention. There is no need to add a mechanical conveyor, for handling the powders and bulk solids.

Its design automatically prevents clumping, reduces mixing time, dusting and energy consumption.
