The 'Gate-Less' Roflo distribution system is a product discharge system. 'Gate-Less' Roflo eliminates product breakage, maintenance, breakdown and cleaning, all while still using servo driven, simple mechanics.

Traditional horizontal motion conveyors rely on mechanical drives, linkages, and/or counterweights to achieve the conveying motion and are limited to a fixed stroke and how fast the drive can be accelerated and decelerated.

Roflo's linear motion and the low force generated ensure that the product being conveyed moves as a single entity and with virtually no relative movement from one product particle to the next. This means effective transfer speed, minimal loss of flavour or coatings and no product damage through impact with the pan or in the discharge gates, thus increasing the quality of the product. The Roflo comes in simple, easy-clean, stainless steel pans offered at a variety of lengths that can be greater than 60.96 m.

The Roflo Distribution System is compatible with baked goods and snacks as well as many other food products - plus it can be fully integrated with the TNA Robag packaging systems and other equipment.
