The Habasit HyClean is a plastic modular belt product family for applications in industry areas that require the most demanding conditions of hygiene and optimal cleanability.
The HyClean package consists of a new sprocket and a 5 cm flat top module, both of which feature a design that enables improvement in the ease of cleaning of usually inaccessible areas of conveyor belts. HyClean also includes the option of incorporating a modular automatic CIP cleaning system which claims reductions of labour costs and water consumption of at least 50% in comparison with traditional cleaning methods.
