Industrial vacuum loader system
The Hornet is a unique trailer mounted vacuum system capable of sucking a variety of materials and depositing the waste into bulka bags or a waste skip.
It will convey up to 10 tonnes per hour with one man operation and is ideal for substantial cleaning jobs as well as hazardous dusts. The Hornet can be towed by ute or light truck and is fully self contained.
Applications:
- Dust and solid collection
- Insulation removal
- Spill pickups
- Coal, cement, cullet, spent abrasive, etc.
Specifications:
- 15 kW side channel blower or positive displacement pump
- Reverse pulse cleaning system operated from it on-board compressor
- 1.5 cubic meter, continually emptying receiving vessel
- Vacuum relief valve
- Up to 60m of 100mm hose leangths (suction rate up to 100 tonnes per hour)
- Dustless loading into bulka bags (diesel or LPG powered)
