FlexLink’s X65 conveyor has standardised functions for the handling of products up to 3 kg. It offers a lower noise level and lower total cost of ownership.
The conveyor is designed for low friction, low power consumption and a long service life. In addition, the company has introduced efficient drive technologies to further reduce power consumption. Dependent on the application and choice of drive unit, power consumption is 8-44% less when compared with the company’s previous high-efficiency drive units.
The conveyor platform was developed with input from leading end users and OEMs. The company says the conveyor is capable of 120 m/min - double the speed of previous conveyor generations.
In most applications, the noise level of the conveyor is comparable to a typical office level. Compared to industry standards, it is up to 80% less.
According to FlexLink, the conveyor’s design allows maintenance intervals of more than double industry standards.
