Flexco Europe Aero Connectivity app for conveyor belt assembly
The Flexco Europe Novitool Aero is an easy-to-use and fast assembly system for conveyor belts. The Aero Connectivity mobile app displays an overview of all the cycle data of the belt connections. Users can then evaluate the results and optimise the processes.
Novitool Aero can be used for splicing thermoplastic belt materials such as PVC and polyurethane, which are used in the food industry and other applications. Belts are securely spliced in just 7–12 min, depending on the material. This is ensured by the built-in fans that quickly cool the belt after the welding process.
