Electromagnetic hopper feeders

Enmin Electromagnetic Hopper Feeders are available for metering of all manner of materials into bucket elevators, elevating and flat belt conveyors. The latest models provide high standards for hygiene versatility.

All Enmin hopper feeders provide large radius corners for good product flow and ease of cleaning. Each hopper is isolated from the supporting frame to accommodate an external vibrator when difficult material is encountered. No tools are required when making adjustments to the outlet gate of the hopper.

The supporting frame has a standard tubular design which protects against contamination and enables easy cleaning. Lockable articulated castors ensure an easily manoeuvrable piece of equipment that can be quickly cleared to accommodate maintenance of the elevator or simply for cleaning.

The stainless steel metering trays can be interchangeable subject to the build configuration. Accurate metering of product into the buckets or onto the belt without spillage is ensured.

Controlling the flow of product is achieved via Enmin's MP Electromagnetic type controllers which give a metering range from zero to full volume. The electric system can be fully interlocked for automatic function, have a timed program or can simply be controlled manually.
