AUTEFA Automation GmbH have released a unique solution for today's market need for multiple product pallet shipments.
As manufacturers are now being asked to supply shelf ready, multiple product shipments to retailers, an automated solution has become a high priority for many beverage bottlers.
The Autefa design for allows for collation and palletizing from multiple streams of products (cans, glass and plastic bottles) with various pack sizes.
The design minimizes floor space when compared to conventional multi-axis robot solutions whilst maintaining full programmable flexibility including the positioning of alternative pallet (i.e ½ size) and layer board sizes if required.
As the design utilizes many common components the cost as compared to traditional systems is also reduced.
Autefa advise that they have installed several of these systems in Europe in the last three months, with more orders currently in their build programme.
