The Accupak AW series multihead weigher is suitable for weighing all types of confectionery, bakery, pet foods and most hard products of varying shapes and sizes.

The multihead weigher is fitted with 14 individual weigh hoppers that are configured for staggered dumping to avoid product blockages in the transfer tube. Each weigh hopper has a volumetric capacity of 1.3 L, but optional 2.5 L hoppers are also available.

To achieve the rated speeds of up to 130 weighing per minute, the multihead weighers are fitted with adjustable stepper motors for precise speed control of filling and emptying cycles to avoid the disruptive influence compressed air operation has on the weighing speed and accuracy.

A large colour touch screen with adjustable backlighting provides operator access to all required configuration settings with the graphic display also displaying real-time operating status of the multihead weigher.

To conform to Australian food regulations, all surfaces in contact with the product are manufactured in stainless steel with all electronics enclosed to ensure this multihead weigher is suitable for long-term use in both washdown and dusty environments.
