Bulk bag fillers for all materials are available from Accuweigh. The company manufactures a standard range of bulk bag fillers and can also custom-design bulk bag fillers.

The company has its own Accupak range of bulk bag fillers and imports the Technipes range of bulk bag fillers manufactured to European standards.

The weighing-bagging line for bulk bag fillers uses either two or four loops for supporting the bulk bag up to capacities of 1500 kg. The weighing system is suitable for both floury and granulated products and comprises four load cells holding a weighing counter-frame to which the Big-Bag is hooked. Depending on the kind of product, it is possible to reach an output capacity of 15-20 bulk bags/h.

The Technipes bulk bag filling system, on demand, can be equipped with a bulk bag lifting platform and unloading/storing roller conveyor. A net weight solution is also available, including weighing machine plus underlying bag-spout which the spout can be hooked to. This can be adopted for ensuring an output capacity of 50-60 units/h.
