The Gluten Free Grain Free Company has released a range of Café cake mixes. The range includes flavours such as chocolate, strawberry, and date and cinnamon cake.
The Café range will provide selected cafes and other businesses within the food service industry the opportunity to bake the Gluten Free Grain Free range on-site, allowing them to offer their customers gluten-, grain-, nut- and dairy-free options.
The company says the range gives the millions of Australians living with coeliac disease - and other food allergies and intolerances - products that they can eat safely without compromising on flavour or nutrition.
