Kikkoman dehydrated soy sauce is made from Kikkoman's premium-quality, naturally brewed liquid soy sauce, and is available in concentrated spray-dried form.
It is made from non-GM soy beans, and is lighter in colour and milder in aroma to help maintain the original colour and flavour of food. At the same time, it delivers superior soy sauce flavour for dry powdered applications.
Kikkoman dehydrated soy sauce contains no chemically hydrolysed vegetable proteins and/or carbohydrates, chemical preservatives, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours or flavours.
