Australis Foods Lupin8

The Australis Food Group has released Lupin8 in the US. The product, already available in Australia, combines natural ingredients to create a nutritious satiety product.

Made from a mixture of grains, Lupin8 combines the health and dietary benefits of ingredients including lupin kernel flour (LKF), resulting in a product high in dietary protein, fibre, omega-3s, folate, niacin and rich in antioxidants. It contains no gluten, animal products, wheat, sugar or preservatives.

The key ingredient, LKF, has been shown to positively influence glycaemic control, reduce cholesterol absorption and improve bowel heath. The products helps reduce portion intake and, importantly, minimises the risk of obesity by controlling the desire to snack between meals.

A soluble, flavourless powder, it can be used in everyday cooking, enabling users to lose weight naturally and safely without the need for fad diets. It can be easily added to breakfast cereals, homemade bread, cakes, soups and more, without changing the flavour or texture of the final product.
