ADM has announced that its dietary fibre ingredient Fibersol has now been approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for use in listed medicines in Australia.
The company said this approval could help to open new pathways for local supplement formulators, brand owners and food manufacturers to develop products that target: digestive comfort and regularity; satiety and appetite control; and post-prandial blood glucose management.
