SPC Global proposes name change to reflect diversified business

On 23 October 2026, the Board of SPC Global Holdings Ltd made an ASX announcement saying that it is seeking shareholder approval for a corporate name change to Altiva Global.

SPC Global now consists of four complementary companies: SPC, The Original Beverage Co, Nature One and Natural Ingredients.

The proposed name has therefore been designed to reflect the broader business of the Group, which has diversified across the categories of food, beverages and dairy. It is also said to support the Group’s strategy to bring its businesses together under one corporate entity, and expand its presence in international markets.

Robert Iervasi, SPC Global Managing Director, said in the statement: “Altiva Global reflects the nature of the business we have become and our ambitions for global expansion. We have brought together complementary businesses across food, beverages and dairy, each with strong brands and an expanding international presence. Each of our trading divisions will continue to shape the Group’s future, with the proposed Altiva Global identity bringing their collective strengths and ambitions together.”

If approved by at least 75% of shareholders at the meeting on 24 November, the name change will take effect when ASIC updates the Company’s registration.
