SPC Global delivers growth while building local and international partnerships

SPC Global Holdings delivers FY26 earnings growth, up 27% on FY25, as it strengthens its platform for future expansion across its domestic and international businesses.

As part of its international growth strategy, SPC Global has entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ATAYF 2 Pty Ltd, the family office of distinguished businessman Professor Khalil (Charlie) Shahin 2 AO, to explore a strategic distribution partnership across key Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets.

The proposed partnership is designed to support distribution and market development of SPC Global’s food, beverage and dairy portfolio across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

According to SPC Global, the Middle East represents an attractive market for premium Australian food, beverage and dairy products. The proposed partnership combines its portfolio with ATAYF’s regional expertise and market relationships to help build distribution and customer demand across the GCC.

“International growth is a key pillar of SPC Global’s long-term strategy and we are encouraged by the momentum we are building across Asia. This prospective partnership with ATAYF provides an entry point into key Middle Eastern markets and the opportunity to build demand for our portfolio of products. We are pleased to be taking this step towards establishing a broader presence in the region,” said SPC Global Managing Director Robert Iervas.

In its FY26 report, the company’s international EBITDA increased to $15.7 million, supported by new ranging across retailers including Costco Japan, Emart Traders Korea, and NTUC FairPrice and Cold Storage, in Singapore.

Expanding domestic market presence

Several of SPC Global’s priority categories performed strongly throughout FY26. The On-the-Go channel expanded through new foodservice and catering formats, the ranging of Naked Life sodas across Ampol petrol and convenience outlets, and additional distribution through Amazon Australia and Costco Australia.

Brand strength was reinforced through key retail wins, with Ardmona becoming Woolworths’ exclusive Australian-branded canned tomato offering and SPC ProVital fruit pouches securing ranging with major retailers from July 2026.

SPC Global has also announced changes to its executive leadership structure, creating a new Group Chief Operating Officer role that will bring together the company’s domestic commercial and supply chain functions under a single executive leader. Moataz Ahmad has been appointed to this role.

“As SPC Global grows, it is important that our operating structure supports consistent delivery across both our domestic and international businesses. This change strengthens our ability to execute against our growth priorities and respond to the evolving needs of our customers and consumers,” Iervasi concluded.
