Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Australia has announced that Orlando Rodriguez will leave the business in early 2027, with Miles Karemacher appointed Managing Director, Australia, effective 18 January 2027.
Rodriguez joined the business in 2019 and led CCEP Australia through an important period of transformation and sustained growth.

His leadership and commercial focus have helped position the business strongly for the future. I want to thank Orlando personally for his impact on our business, customers and partners.”

He brings extensive experience across the Coca-Cola system and the consumer goods industry, including senior leadership roles with Coca-Cola HBC, SABMiller and Coca-Cola Amatil in Australia.
McGeown added: “I am delighted to welcome Miles back to Australia and to CCEP. His deep market knowledge, international perspective and focus on building strong, engaged teams means he is the right leader to take our Australian business into its next chapter of growth.”
